Modify PDF in AutoCAD

I have a single-page PDF drawing that must be opened in AutoCAD, cleaned up, and resaved. Specifically, I need every outdated text label, shape, diagram, and even the old dimensions stripped out so the sheet is completely clear of legacy information. Once it’s clean, please add a fresh, accurate set of dimensions and measurements directly in AutoCAD so they scale correctly when I print to A3.
When you’re done, send back both the editable DWG and a flattened PDF that mirrors it. Keep the layers tidy and name them logically so I can continue working on the file later without confusion. Let me know if you need the original scale or any extra reference before you begin.
