Modern Vastu Office Layout Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My 532 sq ft office (overall clear span 24'-2" × 21'-3", with 10-15 sq ft lost to structural pillars) needs a precise 2-D space plan that squeezes the most productive floor area out of every inch while still respecting key Vastu placements.
Scope and functional zones
• A compact yet comfortable boss cabin
• Meeting room
• Pantry nook for water-cooler, RO, sink, coffee machine and storage
• Open workspace for 12-15 workstations
• Visitor sofa / reception touch-down
Priorities & guidelines
The driving goal is maximising workstation capacity without feeling cramped, so circulation widths and smart furniture sizing are crucial. Within that, the boss cabin, the bulk of the workstations and the pantry must be located according to favourable Vastu quadrants and orientations; please indicate facing directions on the drawing. The overall look should read as clean, modern and professional.
Deliverables
• Scaled 2-D floor plan (PDF + editable DWG/SketchUp/AutoCAD file) showing walls, pillars, furniture, storage and service points
• Vastu compass overlay or clear directional notes for the three specified areas
• Basic furniture schedule with sizes so I can cost out pieces
• One round of minor revisions included
