I own a 20 m × 55 m lot and need a straightforward modern design that fits a total built area of roughly 200–210 m² across two floors. The essentials are:

• Four well-proportioned bedrooms with its own bathroom. (1 in the ground floor and 3 in the first floor)
• A practical laundry room and a guest toilet
• Clear circulation and modern, open living spaces overlooking Mountain View
• A simple landscape concept showing drive-in access, pathways, and green areas that complement the house massing, play ground, pool

Because this is an initial, low-budget brief, I only require basic deliverables:

• Scaled 2-D floor plans for ground and first floor (PDF; DWG welcome)
• A site layout placing the house correctly on the 20 m × 55 m plot
• A schematic landscaping sketch indicating lawns, planting zones, and hardscape
