Modern Townhouse 2D Plans

I need a full set of 2-dimensional drawings for a modern-style townhouse. The plans must cover the entire home—every floor, room, and common area—so that my contractor can move straight into permitting and construction.

You’re free to use AutoCAD, Revit, or another professional drafting tool as long as the final files are delivered in both PDF for easy viewing and an editable CAD format for future tweaks.

Deliverables:
• Scaled floor plans for all levels
• Basic furniture layout to illustrate flow
• Door, window, and wall schedules
• Dimensioned drawings ready for permit submission
• Source CAD files

I’ll provide the plot dimensions and any municipal setbacks as soon as we start. Accuracy and a clean, contemporary aesthetic are my top priorities, and I’m happy to answer questions quickly so the design stays on schedule.
