Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m ready to turn a modern, four-plus-bedroom single-family home from concept to construction drawings and need a skilled draftsman who can translate my ideas into precise, build-ready plans.
The brief: a contemporary aesthetic with clean lines, plenty of natural light, and an efficient layout that comfortably fits at least four bedrooms. I have rough sketches and key room adjacencies in mind; what’s missing is a professional set of architectural drawings that a builder and permitting office will accept.
Scope of work
• Refine my sketches into accurate floor plans, elevations, and a roof plan
• Include basic electrical and plumbing layouts so contractors have the information they need
• Deliver drawings in both PDF for review and the original editable CAD file (AutoCAD or similar)
Acceptance criteria
• All exterior and interior dimensions clearly called out
• Plans comply with typical local residential codes (I’ll provide any city-specific requirements)
• File layers are tidy and labeled so future revisions are straightforward
