Modern School Campus Design Documentation
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I already hold a validated master plan, ground- and first-floor 2D layouts, plus a clear functional brief for a two-storey scientific high school, an auditorium and several administrative blocks on a new campus in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
What I still need is an APS / APD package that takes those sketches to construction-ready clarity: fully dimensioned floor plans, complete sections and elevations, and all the detailing required to suit a humid tropical climate while keeping the structure straightforward reinforced concrete. The aesthetic direction is modern, but materials must remain locally obtainable and affordable.
You will be working at a distance, yet in close dialogue with my structural engineer and an on-site construction team, so smooth coordination and concise documentation are essential. Foreseeable challenges include sourcing local materials, fine-tuning passive cooling solutions and keeping communication flowing across time zones.
Deliverables I expect from you
• APS and APD-level dimensioned plans for all blocks
• Longitudinal and cross sections, exterior elevations and key details
• Notes and diagrams that explain climate-responsive strategies and material choices
• A brief written report summarising assumptions, standards and coordination items
