Modern Residential Interior 2D/3D Design

My home needs a complete modern makeover and I want to see it clearly before any construction begins. The scope covers three key areas—living room, kitchen and bedroom—and I need both detailed 2-D plans and realistic 3-D visuals so contractors can execute the work without guesswork.

You will translate my room measurements and a short wish-list into:

• Scaled 2-D floor plans and elevations showing furniture layout, wall treatments and lighting points
• High-quality 3-D renders (day and night moods) that capture materials, colours and textures in a clean modern style
• A concise material & furnishing schedule referencing items available in local or online stores
• Native source files (AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max) plus exported PDFs/JPEGs for easy viewing

I’ll supply rough sketches, photos and the exact room dimensions the moment we start; feel free to suggest any measurement checks you need. The final package should let me hand everything straight to my builder and know we’re on the same page.

Turnaround is flexible within reason, but I do want milestone previews: first pass of 2-D layouts, followed by draft renders for comments, and then the polished final set. If this workflow fits your process, let’s begin.
