My home needs a cohesive modern makeover, and I’m ready to see clear 2D plans and realistic 3D visuals before any furniture is moved or walls are painted. The scope covers four key areas—living room, kitchen, bedroom, and balcony—so every space feels connected yet functional.

For each room I will provide accurate measurements and reference photos. I’d like you to translate those into:
• A fully annotated 2D floor plan showing furniture layout, lighting, and electrical points
• At least two high-resolution 3D renders per space that capture daylight and evening ambience
• A concise material and colour palette so I can match finishes during purchasing
• Source files (DWG, SKP, or similar) and export-ready images for contractors

Modern style is non-negotiable: clean lines, muted tones with strategic pops of colour, and smart storage solutions are what I’m after. Feel free to suggest contemporary fixtures, modular cabinetry, or integrated lighting if they elevate the concept.

I’ll review initial drafts, share feedback, and expect up to two revision rounds to lock everything in. Once final designs are approved, your files should be organized and named clearly so my contractor can pick them up without extra clarification.
