I need a fresh, modern elevation for a new residential building. The overall look should be defined by clean, minimal lines and very little ornamentation. I am particularly fond of generous glass surfaces paired with tasteful metal accents, though I’m open to additional materials if they reinforce the sleek aesthetic.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A front-facing elevation in both 2D CAD (DWG/DXF) and high-resolution 3D render format.
• Two or three alternate color/material studies illustrating different glass-to-metal ratios.
• A concise material palette that names the proposed finishes so I can discuss sourcing with my contractor.
Please base every option on a modern style—no traditional or colonial detailing—while maintaining practical buildability for a typical residential structure.
