Modern Pasadena Apartment CD Set
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m assembling the full construction-document package for a modern, four-story, 20-unit apartment building in Pasadena, California. The scheme includes one subterranean parking level and has already cleared its preliminary planning checks, so permitting assistance is not required—just clear, code-compliant drawings ready for submission to my contractor and the city reviewers.
Scope
The project is at the Design Development stage; I will forward the current PDFs and CAD backgrounds once we start. Your task is to develop those into a coordinated, build-ready drawing set that aligns with the latest California Building Code, Pasadena municipal ordinances, and standard industry practice.
Deliverables (compiled in both PDF and editable CAD):
• Dimensioned floor plans and exterior elevations reflecting the approved modern aesthetic
• Structural sheets with framing plans, sections, schedules, and all relevant notes/specifications
• Fully coordinated electrical and plumbing layouts, including risers, fixture schedules, and panel information
Acceptance Criteria
Drawings must:
• Reference the proper Pasadena title-24, seismic, and green-code notes where applicable
• Maintain a clean, consistent sheet template, layer structure, and annotation style
• Close out with a clash-free coordination check across architectural, structural, and MEP sheets
