Modern Outdoor Oasis Design

I'm seeking a skilled landscape designer to finalise a design for my front and backyard. I have attached concepts with a pretty good idea and would like it to be refined to be a really comfortable, low maintenance yard for our family and for resale.

Budget is $ 20,000 for materials / trees ect. Alot will be DIY i am a builder - so no trade cost.

Can move dirt and build step / retaining walls.

pergola / kitchen / desking all done by myself just looking for a design to suit the backyard.

Backyard (Low to moderate maintenance)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in modern landscape design in Melbourne Australia
- Knowledge of plant selection, particularly evergreen shrubs
- Ability to design functional outdoor spaces with integrated features like spas and kitchens
- Strong visualization skills to create cohesive, aesthetically pleasing layouts

I would like to be provided with:
- 2 to 3 dimensioned concept layouts and designs in 2D and 3D for final plans for frontyard and backyard
- materials palette for paving, decking, fencing paint, textures, pavers, paths
- Hardscape materials list (decking type, stone / pavers type, colour)
- Plant types and recommendations specific for Victoria Australia
- Watering/Irrigation Plan back yard
- Lighting / electrical plan for garden and pergolas
- Material cost estimates in Melbourne
