Title: Interior Design – Floor Plan Revision & Layout Refinement (Modern Mediterranean Home)
Description:
We are seeking professional assistance with optimising the floor plan of our new family home, designed in a modern Mediterranean style. The focus of this initial stage is to refine the circulation, natural light, and overall layout flow.
Scope of Work (Stage 1 – AUD 660):
Review our current DWG floor plan (attached).
Provide 2D drawings with layout refinements to improve circulation, window placement/natural light, and spatial flow.
Deliverables in both DWG and PDF format.
2 rounds of revisions included after the first submission.
Milestones:
AUD 300 – Delivery of first draft layout refinements.
AUD 360 – Final deliverables after revisions are complete.
Future Stages (separate agreements):
Facade & exterior design proposals (~AUD 880)
Material palette & interior finishes package (~AUD 550)
3D renderings (~AUD 280 per view)
We would also like to confirm whether the Stage 1 deliverables can include a furnished floor plan (furniture distribution) and recommendations for artificial lighting layouts alongside the natural light improvements.
