Modern 2D Layout & 3D Walkthrough

I’m preparing a 1,000 sq ft concept home that will be manufactured in a factory, and I need a crisp, modern 2-D floor plan as the first milestone. The layout must comfortably fit bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen, with circulation that feels contemporary and efficient.

After the overall plan is in place, I’ll need a wall-by-wall package for every room showing:
• exact window and door positions
• proposed wall materials
• placement of electrical fixtures ready for factory routing

Please keep the drawings production-ready; layered CAD or BIM files that transition smoothly into SketchUp, Revit or similar will make the upcoming 3-D walkthrough easier.

Deliverables
• Scaled 2-D floor plan (PDF + editable source)
• Detailed wall elevations with annotations
• File set structured for future 3-D development

Acceptance Criteria
1. Total area remains within 1,000 sq ft ± 2 %
2. All openings align between plan and elevations
3. Electrical call-outs are clear and build-ready
4. Drawings read cleanly in both metric and imperial
