Modern 2D House Plan & Elevation

I’m ready to move forward with the design stage of my new home in Bangalore and need complete 2D floor-plan drawings together with front, side and rear elevations. The look I’m after is unmistakably Modern—clean lines, functional layouts and plenty of natural light.

The house will contain four to five bedrooms, so the plans should balance privacy for each room with an open, flowing common area. Local climate considerations for Bangalore (good cross-ventilation and protection from heavy monsoon rain) should be reflected in roof slopes, window placement and overhangs.

Deliverables I expect:
• Scaled 2D floor plans for every level, clearly dimensioned and annotated
• All exterior elevations showing materials, window/door schedules and key heights
• Output in both PDF for easy review and an editable CAD format (DWG or similar) for my builder

I’ll provide plot dimensions, setback requirements and any municipal guidelines as soon as we start. Please include a brief outline of your design process, the software you work in (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) and the number of revisions you allow so I can coordinate smoothly with my construction team.
