Modern House Map Design Needed -- 2

I need a professionally drafted house map that captures a clean, modern aesthetic while making smart use of every square foot. My goal is to see a well-balanced 2D layout that clearly shows room sizes, wall locations, door and window positions, and circulation paths so I can hand it straight to my local builder.

Scope
• Produce a complete house map in 2D, drawn to scale.
• Reflect contemporary design principles—open, airy spaces, abundant natural light, and practical storage integration.
• Indicate furniture placeholders where helpful to illustrate flow.
• Provide files in PDF for quick review and DWG (or compatible) format so my structural engineer can edit if required.

– The exact plot dimensions will be shared once we start; please be ready to adapt the layout to fit them precisely.
– I am open to your professional suggestions on orientation, zoning, or any tweaks that enhance functionality without losing the modern feel.

Deliverables
1. Concept sketch (image or PDF) for initial feedback
2. Final 2D house map in PDF
3. Source file in DWG/AutoCAD (or Revit export)

Acceptance criteria
• All rooms labelled and dimensioned
• Walls, openings, and circulation clearly marked
• Design matches modern-style guidance we discuss in the first review round
• Files open correctly in AutoCAD 2018 or newer
