I need a professional to create a 2D map of my dream modern house on a 24'3" x 70' plot.

Requirements:
- 3 BHK layout:
- 1 parents' room with attached toilet and bathroom
- 1 kids' room
- 1 drawing room
- 1 open kitchen
- 1 hall
- 1 backside entry
- 1 stair
- 1 garden
- 1 parking area
- Standard/modern sizing for all elements
- Ventilation: 70' east side with neighbor plot for window ventilation only
