Modern 2d-3D House Design

I need a full-featured 3D model of a modern house that I can open and edit in SketchUp, plus a matching set of 2D floor plans in DWG and PDF.

I will share rough sketches, dimensions, and a mood-board to guide the overall look; think clean lines, generous glazing, and a contemporary materials palette. From there, I’d like you to:

• Build a well-organized SketchUp file (.skp) with groups, layers/tags, and accurate real-world scale.
• Include basic interior zoning so rooms read clearly in section cuts.
• Export at least three high-resolution, daylight renders that communicate the massing and key spaces.
• Draft a coordinated AutoCAD floor plan, keeping walls, fixtures, furniture, and annotations on logical layers, then deliver it as both .dwg and print-ready PDF.

Please keep geometry light enough for smooth orbiting on a mid-range laptop and label every material so I can adjust finishes later. I’ll sign off once the model opens without errors, renders match the concept, and the DWG overlays perfectly onto the model footprint.
