Complete Modern Home Interior Design with 3D Rendering and Detailed Documentation

I am seeking a talented interior designer to provide complete design documentation for my contemporary family home in Gurgaon. The focus is on a modern, clean, and neutral-toned aesthetic. Remote collaboration is possible, provided you deliver precise documentation.

Scope of Work:
- 3D renderings for 3 bedrooms, 1 living & dining area, 2 bathrooms, and 1 kitchen with at least three revision rounds based on my feedback.
- Contractor-friendly 2D drawings, including detailed materials dimensions and specifications.
- Comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) to facilitate execution.
- Detailed electrical layouts with switches, light points, AC/TV spots clearly tagged.
- Plumbing drawings covering bathrooms and the kitchen.

Deliverables:
1. High-quality JPEG/PNG 3D renders (300 dpi).
2. PDFs of all plans (print-ready A3 format), including furniture layout, electrical layout, plumbing layout, false ceiling & lighting plans coordinated with the electrical drawing.
3. AutoCAD DWG files for every drawing layer as needed in coordination with the architect's workflow.

Design Direction:
- Style: Modern and clean aesthetics preferred.
- Palette: Neutral tones with warm whites, taupes, and charcoal accents while accommodating subtle yet tasteful material/textures as recommended by you.
