Modern Home Front Elevation Design

I’m updating the façade of my new house and want a clean, modern elevation that makes smart use of concrete and generous glass panels. At this stage I’m still flexible on the exact colour palette, so we can fine-tune tones together once the massing and material balance feel right.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Concept sketches that explore proportions, lighting and the concrete-glass mix
• Finalised 2D drawings suitable for my local contractor
• A photorealistic 3D render (day and night views) so I can visualise the result before signing off

Plans will be supplied in DWG and PDF; please deliver source files in the same formats along with any textures used. Two rounds of revisions are expected to get every line and shadow perfect.
