Modern Ground Floor Ceiling

I have the ground-floor plan ready and need a fresh, modern false ceiling design for the living room only. The main objective is to hide all electrical and low-voltage wiring while giving the space a clean, on-trend look that complements contemporary furniture and lighting.

Deliverables
• A detailed 2D ceiling layout placed over my supplied CAD/PDF plan
• Two or more 3D perspective renders that clearly show levels, recesses, and lighting effects
• A brief material and lighting note so my contractor can estimate and execute accurately
• Source files in DWG (AutoCAD) plus high-resolution PNG/JPEG images

Acceptance criteria
• Follow the room’s exact dimensions and beam positions
• Leave a service void of at least 150 mm for cables and future access
• Mark every fixture cut-out and maintenance hatch clearly
