Modern Floor Plan Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a clear, well-resolved floor plan drawn in a modern style. While I haven’t locked in the building type or exact room list yet, the layout must follow contemporary design principles: clean lines, functional circulation, and efficient use of space.
Here’s what I expect:
• A scaled 2D floor plan showing walls, doors, windows, and basic furniture placement so I can judge flow and proportions.
• Source file from the software you normally use—AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar—plus a printable PDF.
• At least one round of revisions after I review the first draft so we can fine-tune dimensions and room adjacencies.
If you have suggestions on optimal room zoning, innovative storage solutions, or adaptable open-plan concepts, I’m keen to see them. Accuracy in measurements and clarity in presentation are essential; otherwise I’m flexible on tools and formatting as long as the final package is easy for builders and interior designers to follow.
