Fifteen years ago I completed the ground floor of my house; now I’m ready to add a first floor that feels fresh, efficient and fully aligned with Vaastu. The exterior must follow a clean, modern aesthetic that blends naturally with the existing structure while giving the façade a striking new front-elevation.

• High-resolution 3D renders (day and night) covering exterior and all interior spaces
• Vaastu compliance clearly marked on plans
• Material and fixture schedule that keeps costs tight—no unnecessary spend
• Suggestions for space-saving cabinetry, fold-away elements or multi-use furniture
• Guidance on exterior paint, accent lighting and any façade cladding that enhances the modern style without straining the budget
