I’m ready to turn a 26.77 m × 15.5 m lot into a comfortable modern home and need a precise 2-D floor plan for both storeys. The house will be used purely for residential living, and I want the overall feel to be clean-lined and contemporary.

You’re free to suggest the best room arrangement—as long as the layout supports everyday family life. Feel welcome to propose how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas make sense; I’m open to creative ideas such as a tucked-away study, integrated gym corner, or other space-saving solutions if they enhance the plan.

Deliverables
• Scaled 2-D floor plans for Ground and First Floor (metric units)
• Clearly marked walls, doors, and window openings with dimensions and room labels
• Basic furniture blocks for visual flow checks
• North arrow and setback indications to verify orientation on site
• Files supplied in PDF for quick viewing and DWG (or compatible) for future edits
