I am looking for an experienced Architect / Civil Engineer / Building Designer to design a commercial shop layout (Naksha) for my land.
Project Details:
Purpose: Commercial Shops
Type: Ground floor / Multi-shop commercial building
Location: India
Usage: Rental shops / showroom / commercial use
Scope of Work:
Complete 2D Floor Plan (Naksha)+ 3D design
Proper shop layout planning
Front elevation design
Vaastu-friendly layout (preferred but optional)
Space optimization for maximum commercial use
Deliverables:
2D Floor Plan+3d
Front Elevation Design
Basic working drawings (if included)
Editable source files
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial building design
Knowledge of Indian building bylaws
Should be able to suggest best commercial layout
Good communication & revision support
Timeline:
2-3 days (negotiable)
