My new commercial unit measures 15 ft x 60 ft, and I’m ready to map out a clear, modern‐style floor plan that makes every step inside feel natural and unobstructed. The first 15 ft at the street front will be a pharmacy counter, with a slim side passage leading visitors deeper into the premises. Directly behind the pharmacy I also need a set of stairs.
Beyond that entrance zone, the interior must flow in this order of importance: a generous waiting area takes precedence, followed by reception, one or preferably two doctor’s cabins (fit both only if circulation stays comfortable), a compact blood-collection room, and a washroom. The overriding goal is to ensure a smooth movement path from door to exit, keeping public and private zones intuitively separated.
All I’m looking for at this stage is a well-scaled 2D layout—delivered as a PDF plus the editable CAD/DWG—showing clear room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door swings, furniture suggestion blocks, and circulation arrows so I can see the patient journey at a glance.
