Modern Ceiling Design & Drawings Package
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete, execution-ready false ceiling package for my project, which covers a 1st-floor office and a two-storey duplex (2nd & 3rd floors). The look must be distinctly modern, built primarily in gypsum board, and it has to hide several structural beams without adding unnecessary bulk.
Lighting concept
The ceiling will integrate LED profile strips, recessed fixtures and a few statement pendants, so every drawing has to coordinate electrical points, drivers and suspension details from the start.
Scope of work & deliverables
• 2D ceiling layout and fully annotated reflected ceiling plan (RCP)
• 3D perspective views of all major rooms to confirm form and lighting wash
• Section drawings wherever level changes or beam wraps occur (mandatory)
• Detailed working drawings suitable for on-site execution, issued in both DWG and PDF
• Electrical and lighting coordination drawings showing circuiting and switching logic
• Itemised BOQ with clear quantity breakup and rate columns
• Material specification sheet listing brand, thickness/gauge and any special hardware
Acceptance criteria
Drawings must align perfectly between plans, sections and 3D, dimensioned to the millimetre and referenced to the existing structural grid. The BOQ should reconcile with the drawing keys. I’ll review the RCP and one sample room in 3D before green-lighting the full set.
Only vendors who regularly prepare execution drawings for modern gypsum ceilings should respond. Please include one comparable project sample (PDF or link) so I can gauge detailing standards and lighting integration skill.
