I’m looking for a sleek, modern 2D floor plan for a residential project with two bedrooms. The layout should maximize natural light and flow, pairing an open-concept living-kitchen area with clearly defined private spaces. Please include room dimensions, basic furniture placement, wall thicknesses, and door/window swings so the design is ready for local code checks and further 3D development later on.
