Here’s what I expect to receive:

• Door, window and wall specifications noted on the sheet
• Simple furniture outlines for scale in living room and kitchen
• PDF for quick review plus the original DWG or equivalent CAD file for future edits

If you’re comfortable producing code-compliant, contractor-friendly drawings in AutoCAD, Revit or similar software and can capture a contemporary look without unnecessary complexity, I’d love to see examples of your recent work.
