Budget: $10 – $100 USD
I need a clear, construction-ready 2D floor plan for a double-storey, four-bedroom home designed in a clean Modern style. The overall internal living area should fall between 240 m² and 280 m² and flow naturally from one space to the next.
Upstairs I want a 36 m² main suite that links directly to a 12 m² bathroom, plus two additional en-suite bedrooms of about 24 m² each with their own 8 m² bathrooms. A compact 12 m² room will serve as a study or prayer space. Balconies should be integrated where they make sense for light and ventilation.
Downstairs the heart of the house is an open-plan lounge, dining, kitchen and scullery zone. One more 24 m² guest bedroom with an 8 m² en-suite sits on this level. I also need a double garage, two external parking bays, provision for a small splash pool and reasonable garden space.
Please show accurate room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window placements, and circulation paths. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or a similar platform, that’s perfect; PDF and DWG outputs will be required for hand-off. Include a simple site layout so parking, pool and garden relationships are immediately clear.
Once you supply the preliminary plan, I’ll review and send back any tweaks; after one round of revisions we’ll finalise the drawing set.
