Modern Bath & Kitchen Drawings

I’m ready to move straight into fabrication on two bathrooms and one kitchen and I need a designer who can hand my carpenter everything required to start cutting boards and running wires without a single follow-up call.

The aesthetic throughout is clean, streamlined Modern. For each room I must receive:

• Fully dimensioned 2D plans, elevations and sections that double as shop drawings for the cabinetry.
• A coordinated lighting plan, also in 2D, showing fixture positions, switching and circuit notes.
• High-resolution 3D perspectives that clearly communicate finishes, proportions and lighting effects so the client can sign off with confidence.

DWG (AutoCAD) plus print-ready PDFs are essential; SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar is fine for the renders as long as the geometry matches the construction drawings. I’ll need at least one round of revisions to fine-tune hardware or light locations once the contractor reviews the set.
