Modern 3BHK Stilt Floor Plan

I have a 54-unit plot (see the attached screenshot) and need a clear, build-ready 2D floor plan that respects a 1-foot setback on every side. The concept is a stilt + 2-floor modern home:

• Ground level: open stilt space only, left completely free for parking and circulation.
• First floor: one bedroom, a modern-style kitchen, a hall/living area, and a single common restroom.
• Second floor: two bedrooms, each with an attached restroom, plus a sit-out balcony.

Please keep the overall aesthetic modern throughout—clean lines, efficient circulation, and smart use of natural light. I’ll supply the site screenshot; you return scaled drawings that show room sizes, wall thicknesses, staircase position, and plumbing points.

Deliverables
1. PDF and editable CAD (DWG/DXF) files for all three levels.
2. Separate sheet indicating setbacks and overall site coverage.
3. A simple legend or note block clarifying dimensions and symbols.
