I need a detailed floor-plan for a 3-bedroom, hall and kitchen flat that fits a clean, modern aesthetic. The main focus is an open-concept living-dining-kitchen area that feels spacious and connected, with generous natural light and fluid circulation. Bedrooms should still retain privacy, and I’d like at least one of them to have direct access to a balcony for indoor-outdoor flow.

• Open plan for the social zone (living, dining, kitchen) while keeping the bedrooms and bathrooms logically zoned.
