Modern Apartment Floorplan Redesign

I’m updating the entire layout of my residential apartment and need a clear, modern floor-plan remake to guide upcoming construction decisions. The core deliverable is a basic 2-D blueprint that reorganises room placement, traffic flow, and furniture zones while maximising natural light.

Scope
• Redraw the current apartment layout in a clean, professional CAD format.
• Propose a modern configuration for every room—kitchen, bathroom, living, and bedrooms—showing walls to remove or add, doorway shifts, and storage optimisation.
• Include accurate room dimensions and a simple legend for key fixtures.

What I’ll provide
• The existing plan (PDF/photo).
• My notes on must-keep structural walls, plumbing stacks, and preferred furniture pieces.

What I expect back
• One revised floor plan (PDF + editable DWG or similar) ready for contractor review.
• Up to one round of minor tweaks after I review the first draft.

Tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are fine as long as the final files meet the above formats. If you have portfolio examples of modern apartment layouts, please attach them so I can assess fit quickly.
