Mixed-Use Site Plan Redesign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a full set of high-resolution renders for a mixed-use development and now need them translated into a clean, professional site plan. The visuals show exactly how I want the green space, residential volumes, and commercial frontage to relate, so the redesigned plan must mirror the overall layout, replicate the key design details, and respect the colour palette and material cues already established.
You will be working directly from my images; every path, planting strip, storefront depth, and façade rhythm has been thought through, so accuracy is critical. Feel free to optimise circulation or tweak grading where you see obvious gains, but the hierarchy of spaces and the architectural language must stay intact.
Deliverables should include:
• A fully annotated site plan in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG/Revit/Vectorworks—whatever you prefer).
• A layered image file (PSD or equivalent) showing colour zones and material call-outs for quick reference.
• A short note highlighting any adjustments made and why they improve buildability or code compliance.
Please use standard drafting conventions and label all key dimensions, setbacks, and easements so the document can move straight into permitting or cost-planning. If you have questions while interpreting the renders, just flag them early so we don’t lose fidelity.
