I have a rectangular 17 ft × 80 ft plot and need a clear, construction-ready 2-D plan that turns it into a practical mixed-use building. The ground level will combine everyday living needs with a dedicated commercial/office zone, while the upper level is strictly residential. The brief is straightforward:

• Two separate floor-layout drawings (ground and first), fully dimensioned
• Wall, door, window, and staircase positions sized for code-compliant circulation
• Clear indication of the commercial frontage and its access, independent from the private entry
• Basic plumbing and electrical points sketched in so services can be routed early
• Output in both editable CAD (DWG or compatible) and publishable PDF

A short explanatory legend and north arrow are essential so contractors can read the drawings without guesswork.
