2D/3D Mixed-Use Elevation Design

I have a single property that blends residential living with light industrial functions, and I need both 2D drawings and 3D visualisations that clearly communicate the final look to planners, investors, and contractors.

In 2D I expect clean, dimensioned elevations that call out key materials and finishes. In 3D I want realistically lit renders that give an accurate sense of scale, massing, and façade articulation from every primary viewpoint. If you prefer working in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a similar tool, let me know—file-exchange compatibility is important because these drawings will feed directly into the construction package.

Please keep structural proportions true to mixed-use code requirements while still achieving a cohesive, attractive frontage on both the residential and industrial façades. Energy-efficient cladding solutions, window placements that balance daylight with privacy, and service-entrance screening are all design considerations I’d like solved in the model.

Deliverables
• Four fully annotated 2D elevation sheets (front, rear, and two sides) in PDF and DWG formats
• A minimum of three high-resolution, photorealistic 3D renders showing daytime and dusk lighting conditions
• The original editable project files (SKP, RVT, MAX or equivalent)
