I am looking for an experienced floor plan designer to create a detailed G+1 (Ground + First Floor) residential house layout based on my specifications. The plan must strictly follow Vastu Shastra guidelines.

Units: Feet or centimeters (as required)

Must be 100% Vastu compliant

Clean and realistic 2D floor plan with exact dimensions and room labels

Basic 3D visualization or rendered layout

Source file and exportable versions (PDF/PNG/DWG/etc.)

Should include basic ventilation and airflow considerations

Deliverables:
Final 2D floor plan (labeled and dimensioned)

Basic 3D visualization of both floors

All source files

Floor-wise breakdown and layout confirmation
