I need a clean, minimalist AutoCAD drawing set for a two-storey residential building. The brief is straightforward:
• Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room and one toilet
• First floor: two bedrooms and a second toilet
• Two clear building sections to illustrate vertical relationships and ceiling heights
The style must read as unmistakably minimalist—simple lines, efficient circulation and no unnecessary ornamentation. I prefer the common areas on the lower level and the private spaces above, so please organise the layout accordingly and optimise it for natural light and cross-ventilation.
Deliverables (DWG and PDF):
1. Fully dimensioned floor plan for each level
2. Two properly detailed sections (location of your choice, just make sure they capture the stair and key spatial volumes)
3. Basic door-window schedule and north arrow
Please keep layers tidy and use standard architectural symbols so the files are easy for me to edit later. Let me know how many revisions you include and your estimated turnaround time.
And It's a college project I need soft copy And I need the file for two people with different name and different registration number.
