I need a designer to convert technical architectural sets into minimalist, black-and-white marketing floor plans. The final product should be "buyer-ready"—stripped of construction data but retaining the essential flow of the home.

Style: Strictly Black & White (line-art style).
Details to Include: Basic kitchen layouts (counters/islands), bathroom fixtures (tubs/sinks/toilets), and subtle flooring demarcations (e.g., thin hatch lines for tile or simple planks for wood).
Details to Remove: Dimensions, wall thicknesses, electrical/plumbing symbols and structural notes.
Scope of Work
Source Material: Technical PDF/CAD blueprints provided upon hire.
Drafting: Trace or simplify the shell to create a clean, crisp layout.
Styling: Use consistent line weights to differentiate between exterior walls and interior partitions.
