Mini Fridge 2D & 3D CAD

Job ID: 39890374

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m building a compact, custom-dimension mini fridge and need a mechanical engineer who can translate my detailed specs into clean CAD data. You’ll create both 2D manufacturing drawings and fully-parametric 3D models that cover every major element:

• Exterior casing
• Interior storage shelves
• Cooling system components (compressor mount, evaporator layout, airflow channels)

I already have precise dimensions, material notes, and a rough assembly sequence. Your job is to refine these inputs into:

1. Dimensioned 2D drawings (DXF or DWG) ready for laser-cutting and sheet-metal fabrication.
2. 3D solids and assemblies (STEP and native SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Inventor files) with proper constraints so I can adjust tolerances later.
3. An exploded view and basic BOM so suppliers immediately understand part relationships.

Key expectations:
• Accurate fit between the cooling module and outer shell—no clashes.
• Shelves must support listed loads (I’ll supply numbers).
• File naming and layer organisation that a shop can follow without rework.

If you’ve designed small appliances before, let me know; familiarity with insulation clearances and compressor vibration damping is a plus. I’m ready to start as soon as I see a brief outline of your approach and sample work that proves manufacturability focus.
