Merge Ten Lighting PDFs to CAD
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need the ten lighting plans currently supplied only as PDFs translated into a single, fully editable AutoCAD drawing. Start from my file “Lighting Temp.dwg”; its layer naming convention sets the standard for everything you add. All reference PDFs should be X-referenced on the Defpoints layer first so you can trace and align them accurately.
Every element that appears in the PDFs stays in the final file—nothing is to be left out. While you may use discretion with most blocks, two from Lighting Temp.dwg are mandatory:
• Main lighting fixtures
• Symbols for switches
If you encounter any object for which an appropriate block doesn’t yet exist, create one that follows the same graphic style, drop it into the legend, and place it on the correct layer. Feel free to generate additional layers when necessary, but keep the naming consistent with the template. Symbols pdf is for reference only, it does need to be reproduced.
The work is complete when I receive one .dwg that combines all ten lighting drawings, shows correct layering, and cleanly references the essential blocks listed above.
