Merge GIS Data to AutoCAD

I have a set of geographical shapefiles (SHP) and CAD files that represent roads and other infrastructure. I need everything combined into a single AutoCAD 2013 drawing, fully flattened to 2-D yet still retaining every original vertex and curve. No z-elevations or rogue 3-D polylines should remain once the file is delivered.
While you merge the data, please apply a simple colour scheme so the distinct road and infrastructure elements are easy to read when the drawing opens in AutoCAD—nothing extravagant, just clear visual separation.
Deliverable
• One clean, flattened AutoCAD 2013 DWG containing the merged shapefile and CAD geometry, with curves intact and colour-coded by feature.
I will consider the job complete when I can open the file in vanilla AutoCAD 2013, see all geometry on a single plane, and verify that every curve matches the source data exactly.
