Mediterranean Villa 2D/3D Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to begin the architectural phase of our family villa in Syria, planned at roughly 160–200 sqm across two floors with a basement. The brief is clear: refine my concept into accurate 2D drawings and photorealistic 3D visuals that capture the warm, airy feel of a Mediterranean home.
Basement
Ground-floor concept
• Two living rooms flowing toward an outdoor connection with an office room
Second floor
• Four well-proportioned bedrooms with a small kitchen
Key architectural touches I must see:
• Large windows that maximise natural light
• Elegant arched doorways to reinforce the style
• At least one balcony that reads as a true feature, not an afterthought
Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned 2D floor plans, sections and elevations (DWG + PDF)
• High-quality 3D exterior and interior renders (preferred formats: SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
• A short walkthrough or fly-around animation is a plus but not required
• Native project files so my local engineer can adapt them later
Acceptance criteria
• Room sizes match the stated brief and overall 160–200 sqm limit
• Mediterranean materials and colour palette clearly visible in the renders
• All specified features integrated coherently into the architecture
