Mechanical Part CAD Drawings

I have a small mechanical component that needs to move from concept to the shop floor quickly. I’m looking for a streamlined set of manufacturing-ready files:
• A clear 2D CAD drawing with all critical dimensions, tolerances, and material notes.
• A matching 3D CAD model (STEP or similar) so the machinist can visualize the part.
The geometry is straightforward—nothing exotic—so a concise, production-oriented layout is all that’s required. Turnaround is urgent; I’d like to review the first draft as soon as possible and finalize right after any tweaks.
