• Measured 2D AutoCAD layout
• Ground floor ~330 sq ft
• Upper floor ~160 sq ft ca be adjusted since mezzanine floor
• Furniture layout
• Plumbing point marking
• Electrical & lighting point marking
• All dimensions in feet/inches

Deliverables:
• DWG file
• PDF file

No 3D, no walkthrough, no interior design.
Only technical working drawings.
