Marketing-Ready 2D & 3D Floorplans
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I have four apartment layouts that already exist as architectural drawings. What I now need are polished, marketing-ready visuals: a cleaned-up 2D floorplan and a companion 3D floorplan for each unit.
2D REQUIREMENTS
• Redraw each plan so it looks clean, consistent, and easy to read.
• Include clear room labels and detailed furniture placement—this level of detail is important because the images will go straight into our brochures and website.
3D REQUIREMENTS
• Create a neutral, minimalist rendering for each layout. Think light, airy colours and unobtrusive finishes that let the space speak for itself.
• Match the 2D furniture arrangement so prospects can immediately recognise how the space translates from plan to perspective.
DELIVERABLES
1. Four high-resolution 2D floorplans (PNG or PDF) ready for print and web.
2. Four high-resolution 3D floorplans from a marketing-friendly, slightly angled top-down view.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• All rooms, walls, and openings align perfectly with the architectural drawings I supply.
• Furniture scale is correct.
• Image resolution is suitable for A3 print without pixelation.
• Colour palette stays within a neutral, minimalist theme.
I’ll send over the construction documents as soon as we begin. Looking forward to seeing how you bring these spaces to life.
