Marketing-Ready 2D Floor Plan

I have one page of construction drawing in JPEG/PNG format and need them translated into a clean, professional 2-D floor plan that can be dropped straight into sales brochures and property listings. The drawing has to feel polished and easy to read at a glance, so line weights, labels, and room proportions must be spot on.

Please include a clear furniture layout: beds, sofas, dining sets—just enough to help buyers visualise how the space works without crowding the plan. No electrical or plumbing details are required; this is purely for marketing and sales collateral.

My typical output combo is a vector PDF for print and a high-resolution PNG for web, but if you have a preferred export workflow in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Revit, or similar, I’m flexible as long as the final files stay crisp when zoomed and maintain accurate scale.

Turnaround is important because our brochure deadline is approaching, so let me know how quickly you can deliver once you receive the JPEG/PNG files. I’ll supply any branding colours, fonts, or logo files you might need the moment we start.
