33 Marketing Floorplans Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a set of 33 architectural drawings that need to be converted into clean, 2-D marketing floorplans. The brief is straightforward:
• Detail level – keep it light. I only need the basic outline of each space with clear room labels. No furniture, fixtures, textures, or colour fills this time.
• Style – I’ll give you a sample brochure page to mimic so that line weights, fonts, and general layout match our existing collateral.
• Format – finished plans must be delivered as press-ready PDFs, one file per floor, sized to A4 with a small margin for bleed.
Working files (DWG and original PDFs) are ready to share via Dropbox. If you prefer to trace in AutoCAD, Revit, or Illustrator, that’s fine as long as the final PDFs look consistent with the reference.
Deliverables
1. 33 individual PDF floorplans, each named exactly as per the drawing schedule I’ll provide.
2. A single combined PDF set for easy review.
3. Source files if created outside AutoCAD (so we can tweak room names later).
Timing is important to us; let me know how soon you can turn around the first draft once you receive the drawings, and your estimate for completing the full batch.
Accuracy in room naming and faithful adherence to the sample style are the key acceptance criteria. If those line up, this should be a smooth, repeat-able collaboration for future projects.
