I will ship you a finished premium baby-diaper sample. Your task is to reverse-engineer it and give me two manufacturing-ready files.
• 2D CAD drawings – dimensionally accurate, layered and annotated with every material and surface texture visible in the reference.
• Product specification sheet – covering full material composition (top sheet to core, with organic cotton as the primary outer layer) and the recommended manufacturing process, step by step.
AutoCAD, SolidWorks Draft or an equivalent platform is fine as long as the final package includes editable DWG/DXF plus a press-ready PDF. Accuracy must stay within ±0.2 mm so that any contract manufacturer can quote without extra clarification.
Once you receive the physical sample, let me know your projected turnaround and share examples of similar work you have delivered.
