MEP Optimization for Chief Architect Design

I’ve already started an architectural design on Chief Architect, I just need someone to polish it, and correct or improve the MEP. I am uploading a PDF file of the plans, but would like to have them edit the Chief architect file directly. The exterior walls cannot be altered because I already have a structural engineer working on the calculations. I just need help with the Mechanical (ducting and layout), the Electrical (more detailed layout of where the lines should be located and sizing of service panels, with enough capacity for future solar panel installation), and the plumbing (drain/sewer layout, trying to avoid most of the plumbing under slab, some of the pex pipes under the slab will have to go through pvc conduits so that they can be easily pulled out for replacement). I will also need precise drawings for the plumbing in 2d and 3d that have clear images of the pipe connections, especially for the DWV, since I will be doing an owner-builder construction. I will also need a plot and grading plan from a civil engineer.
